We use the largest shrimp available for purchase. When you pick up a giant shrimp with chopsticks, you might often hear someone say, 'That's heavy!' Two of these impressive and weighty giant shrimp tempura sit majestically on the bowl. The crispy batter gives way to the plump texture of the giant shrimp, followed by the rich flavor of the bowl sauce that washes over it. The bowl sauce took over six months of trial and error to perfect, and it is a deeply flavorful sauce that is replenished daily. It pairs excellently not only with the tempura but also with the rice. It is particularly popular among women, receiving absolute support from 'shrimp-loving ladies.' The set is designed to leave you feeling pleasantly 'full' after finishing.
