Our offal meat uses only carefully selected Wagyu small intestines. Through thorough preparation, we maximize the umami of the meat. The soup and sauce are made from scratch with no effort spared. Our offal hot pot is served in a ready-to-eat state. Please choose from 6 different flavors according to your mood and preference. (The hot pot can be ordered for a minimum of 2 servings per flavor.)
