This course offers a sumptuous taste of "Yonezawa beef sukiyaki", a tender and full of flavor. The beef is simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce that goes perfectly with the vegetables. Sanuki udon noodles with a firm texture are served to finish. In addition, the "Assorted 3 sashimi" using fresh fish directly from the market, the juicy "Special Momoyaki" with large cuts, and the thick "Tochio-age" which is very satisfying and popular, will keep you coming back for more! Our pork offal is freshly prepared in the morning and carefully skewered one by one to maintain its freshness for our customers. We use mineral-rich grilled salt from Kyushu, and our sauce, while simple, is a secret recipe that we have refined through trial and error, and we use it daily.
Iwachu Pork, made from SPF pigs from Iwate Prefecture, contains about 2.4 times more vitamin E and 1.3 times more alpha-linolenic acid, which helps increase good cholesterol, compared to other pigs. The meat is tender, has no odor, is low in impurities, and is characterized by its light flavor. The balance with the fat of the meat is exquisite.
The carefully raised Abedori from the northeastern region of Japan contains more vitamin E than regular chicken, preventing cholesterol buildup, activating blood flow, and helping to prevent aging.
