All products are handmade beers made from the spring water of Shiga Kogen, carefully selected malt, hops, and the locally grown rice variety Miyama Nishiki. This beer is not heat-treated or filtered, allowing the live yeast to create a fresh taste.
This is the most cherished original beer made with self-cultivated sake rice 'Miyama Nishiki' and self-cultivated hops 'Shinshu Early' inspired by Belgian saison beer. It has a refreshing balance of lemon-like hop aroma, not giving the impression of its 7% alcohol content, and a hint of sweetness.
A clean taste with a citrusy hop aroma, this is the undisputed No. 1 in popularity. It is a classic among classics that the maker cannot afford to cut corners on.
