・Made with peated malt. ・Bottled at cask strength (the alcohol content at the time of barrel release) using a blend of multiple casks, primarily aged in shochu rechar casks and sherry casks. ・Smoky flavor.
Aged in recharred casks of American white oak used for mellow shochu. The aroma includes honey, banana, and lemon tea. The taste features quince candy, cinnamon, ginger, and smoked nuts.
・Uses non-peat malt from the UK. ・Aroma of brown sugar syrup, apricot jam, and cinnamon. ・Flavor includes soft malt sweetness, prune, black pepper, and chocolate.
Whiskey blended and bottled from two distilleries, Kanosuke Distillery and Hioki Distillery, enhancing each other's characteristics. The aroma features sweet vanilla, mint, and apricot. The taste is rich sweetness and black tea.
Storage barrels are new American white oak and bourbon barrels. The aroma includes butter sand, kabosu, and plum compote. The taste features madeleine, mandarin orange, and a moderate saltiness.
The aroma is butterscotch, plum jam, and grapes. The taste has a sweetness of barley, vanilla, and bitter chocolate. The aftertaste has a pleasant tannin and gentle sweetness that lingers nicely.
