Warm Japanese sake is absorbed quickly from the stomach wall, allowing for a pleasant intoxication and reducing the likelihood of overindulgence. Additionally, warming the sake softens its texture, spreading a gentle umami flavor, which greatly expands the range of dishes that pair well with the drink, enhancing the enjoyment of the meal.
This wine is made as naturally as possible without human intervention, using organically grown grapes, fermentation with natural yeast, and minimal use of additives. The best part of natural wine is that it can be enjoyed in a relaxed and fun manner.
