The soba noodles are made by the 4th generation, while the udon and broth are made by the 3rd generation. Udon with a glossy and chewy texture made using salt '46 billion years' specially imported from the authentic Sanuki region. The udon, which is repeatedly stepped on and rested to mature, has a smooth texture and is loved by many fans!
