Made with buckwheat flour from Hokkaido, this handcrafted 'ni-hachi soba' has a smooth texture that is made fresh every morning. The soba noodles are made by the 4th generation, while the udon and broth are made by the 3rd generation. Please enjoy the dedication and spirit that has been passed down through generations at this traditional soba restaurant in the town.
Udon with a glossy and chewy texture made using salt '46 billion years' specially imported from the authentic Sanuki region. The udon, which is repeatedly stepped on and rested to mature, has a smooth texture and is loved by many fans!

We added wakame and burdock to local Tonegawa duck to give it an accent! The aroma is also good with grilled long green onions and shiitake mushrooms!
