This dish features a special chewy dough that bursts with sweet corn when you take a bite. Inside, Hokkaido corn is sautéed with butter and wrapped in a creamy corn cheese filling made with Parmesan and mozzarella. Each bite releases the popping texture and sweetness of the corn, filling your mouth. Additionally, the surface is topped with Gouda cheese, providing a crispy, savory texture and the delicious flavor of baked cheese, making it a satisfying dish until the last bite.

Baked fresh in the morning, it has a moist and fluffy texture that melts in your mouth, made with original fresh cream and Hokkaido wheat, allowing you to enjoy a sweet and rich flavor. While it can be enjoyed as is, slicing it a bit thicker and toasting it gives you a crispy outside and a fluffy inside. It is perfect as a gift and is also used as one of the presents for local customers.
