One hour all-you-can-drink plan with our specialty smoked fish platter! Recommended for those who want to have a little more to drink before going home from work, the after-party of a drinking party with friends, or just a little more! A premium winter course unique to a restaurant specializing in smoked food, in which ingredients carefully selected at the market by a chef with a French background are combined with French and Italian elements and smoked food. For the main course, we have prepared two types of cutlet sandwiches and stewed hamburger steak using "black beef" whose delicious fatty flavor is a perfect match for smoked beef. Please enjoy the delicious taste of black beef and smoked beef to the fullest. Other smoked dishes include our famous smoked platter, smoked gratin with fresh seafood from the market and homemade béchamel sauce, and a tomato sauce to finish off the meal. To finish, we offer risotto cooked in a refreshing tomato sauce and finished with a generous amount of smoked, long-aged Parmesan cheese. This course is highly recommended for those who are looking for a dinner party of a higher grade than usual this winter!

The smoked chips are matched to the ingredients, and the smoked ingredients are used to create a well-balanced six-course menu that can be enjoyed by both smoked food lovers and first-time smoked food eaters.
