Popular restaurant: ！！！！ â-refreshing with vinegar and soy sauce 2015,10 I came to Motsunoko for the first time in 2 years! Reservations are required for 4 people, and even 3 people can make a reservation for 1.5 hours. But since there were only two of us, we got in line before the restaurant opened, aiming to get in at the same time as the restaurant opened! As it happened, a mutual friend of ours was visiting Hakata. So we joined him and went to the restaurant! If I had known there would be three of us, I could have made a reservation. It was a weekday, so we were the top customers of the day! The interior of the restaurant and the owner, the proprietress, are the same as they were two years ago. When there are three of you, you get three kinds of tsukidashi! Mozuku (seaweed), Horumon-ni (hormone), and Take-noko (bamboo shoots). Of course, we ordered three servings of motsu nabe! Ah, this is it! A light soup of morotsu nabe, served with vinegar and soy sauce! The thicker soup is delicious in its own way, but once I had this, I changed my mind about the lighter soup! The motsu is a mix of hormones, and I think it goes better with this soup than fatty motsu! The white fish balls are also beautifully processed and delicious! I definitely want to eat chanpon noodles for my last meal! Add a lot of sesame seeds and cook it down! This is really delicious! I'm glad my friend who likes it thick said it was delicious! I'm even happier that my friend treated me to it! Thank you very much for the food! When I think of motsu nabe in Hakata, this is my favorite place! I will visit again when I go back to Hakata! 2013,10 I arrived at Motsunoko by cab from Hakata station. My friend told me that this restaurant was delicious, So I decided to go here for sure. Of course, the cab driver knew the place and took us there smoothly! The week before we went to Hakata The week before we went to Hakata, they were talking about Hakata food on the TV station. This was also on the air! There seemed to be a line outside in the early hours. That's what the cab driver said. There are seats from the first to the third floor, with a total of 100 seats. The menu is a motsu nabe and an item Simple menu structure! I ordered the motsu nabe for 1,000 yen x 2! First, two kinds of soup stock were served! One with shredded kelp, the other with wakame seaweed and octopus with vinegared miso! There seem to be several kinds of tsuke-dashi. Other customers had different ones. You can see people's things clearly... Order and the motsu nabe arrived promptly! Gyoza dumpling skin on top... The waiter does most of the work, so all you have to do is wait... It's ready as soon as it's warmed up! The soup here is chicken broth. Many motsu nabe dishes have a thick broth of soy sauce, miso, etc. but this dish is light and refreshing, and is served with vinegar and soy sauce for a refreshing crispy taste. It's like eating mizutaki. The dumpling skin on top has a nice texture. The meat is like a mix of hormones! I like small intestines, but I feel it's not enough for me. But for a light meal, this may be fine. And this vinegar and soy sauce is very tasty! I'm not a fan of sour food, but I'm hooked! Last time I went to Hayamanaka Akasaka, but It was thicker and tastier, but I personally prefer this one! I ordered the Beef Bottle from the a la carte menu! Tenderized beef cheek seared Tenderized but a little too seared and tough It looks like it was fried in oil, which is a shame... Finally, the final dish, Champon noodles! When it comes to motsu nabe in Fukuoka, you can't go wrong with Motsuko! That's why we went there! The restaurant only accepts reservations for 3 or more people, so if you are just 1 or 2 people, you have to wait for your turn, but that's unavoidable since the idea is to serve as many people as possible 😂. Because it was a weekday, there were no customers at all at 5:00pm👍. At first, I ordered a portion of motsu-nabe, additional ingredients, and a draft beer! The soup stock and homemade vinegared soy sauce are a perfect combination. There was so much more on the menu than just motsunabe, I wish I could have had more 😂.
