Start by savoring the soup—carefully simmered to perfection—along with our proprietary brand of chicken, “Hanamitori,” served as “chunks,” “fillets,” and “liver,” plus a fresh “assorted vegetable platter.” After enjoying the hot pot to your heart’s content, please choose either “rice porridge” or “champon noodles” to finish your meal. Mizutaki is a taste born and raised in Hakata. We serve mizutaki made with "Hanamidori," a brand of chicken raised in northern Kyushu.
