A fragrant and rich daiginjo sake brewed with 35% polished Yamada Nishiki rice from the special A district of Tojo in Hyogo Prefecture, crafted without rest by the brewers.
Ichinoya's flagship brand 'Ryusuisen'. This has a refreshing aroma like pineapple and ramune, a subtle effervescence, a moderate acidity, and a clean taste accompanied by the umami of rice and a mineral feel.

A barley shochu created by Nishishuzou, which continues to bring a fresh breeze to the shochu world with its production of 'Tominohouzann'. The initial aroma is light and sharp. It fully captures the roasted scent of barley, and it has a rich and rounded depth of flavor and umami that rivals sweet potatoes, along with a soft aftertaste that makes it an exquisite product.
The characteristic of 'Kanpachi' is its roasted flavor. It is also known as 'Barley Chocolate'. Its taste, praised by sweet potato shochu lovers, is rich in the umami of barley, surprisingly thick and deep, yet crisp, stepping two or three paces beyond the concept of barley shochu.
A rice shochu that exudes the aroma of Japanese sake ginjō. It is an easy-to-drink shochu with a refreshing aftertaste.
Using 50% fresh chestnuts, it captures the aroma of chestnuts, and the mild sweetness spreads gently in the mouth. This is an extremely popular chestnut shochu that may take six months to obtain.
The history of Aoyama Plum Orchard in Kyoto is long, and the large variety 'Jojyu Shirobai' is thick-fleshed and aromatic, making it ideal for plum wine. This plum wine offers a sweet and sour elegant aroma, a mellow flavor developed through aging, and a refreshing aftertaste.
Consistently ranked high in many magazine rankings for umeshu popularity. This is the very popular 'Aragoshi Umeshu'. It is blended with the pureed flesh of the plums used in making the umeshu. The sweet and sour aroma feels fresher, and you can taste a refreshing sweetness with a cool sensation in your throat, along with a pleasant acidity that is refreshing and full of fruitiness.
It has a refreshing and fragrant aroma unique to mandarins, and the balance of sweetness and moderate acidity that spreads in your mouth is very good, making it dangerously easy to drink, truly a 'dangerous series'! No wonder, this 'Lovely Mandarin Sake' is sugar-free! The sweetness of the Satsuma mandarin is expressed directly.
In 1,800ml, it uses about 27 yuzu fruits. The flavor of yuzu is truly different because of that. You can really taste the wonderful qualities of yuzu.
