This product is designed as a set for two people.1) Hawaiian Tuna and Vegetable Terrine Fresh Hawaiian tuna seared on the surface and slow-cooked vegetables are combined in a flavorful broth made from local herbs and vegetables. 2) Roast Beef Tenderloin with Périgueux Sauce Tenderloin fillet coated with a house-blend mushroom seasoning, slow-roasted to perfection, and served with a fragrant Périgueux sauce with hints of truffle. 3) Ora King Salmon Confit New Zealand’s Ora King salmon is gently cooked in herb oil at a low temperature to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture, coated in kombu to enhance its ocean fragrance.
