At our store, we use seasonal fresh vegetables delivered from Mokumoku's own farm in Iga and local farmers. Please enjoy dishes made with rich and nutritious vegetables that have stored nutrients until the last minute in the field as safely as possible!
The 'Mokumoku' tofu uses soy milk with a concentration of 15 degrees! The sweet and soft 'thick' tofu, which is rich in the sweetness of soybeans, can be enjoyed with a little salt or as it is! The raw material is soybeans produced in Mie Prefecture, called 'Fukuyutaka'.
The fluffy bread made with wheat from Mie prefecture is a dense and heavy loaf. The signature of this bread is the chewy texture that brings out the aroma and sweetness of the wheat as you bite into it. Baked early in the morning, the bread is quickly delivered to the store and lined up on the buffet table!
The sticky rice 'Gohichigo' is proud of its stickiness. It is a special cultivated rice that reduces the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to less than half of the general cultivation standards. During lunchtime, we offer various handmade rice balls using 'Gohichigo'! We carefully make rice balls with your favorite ingredients and size.
Jersey cow milk is rich in fat and nutrients, with a high nutritional value. The milk, squeezed at the Jersey farm in Mokumoku, undergoes low-temperature sterilization at the milk plant on the farm while still fresh. We offer six types of gelato made from Jersey cow milk, which is rich but refreshing in taste.
