If you come to Kinshuian, this is a must-try!! This is our most popular set menu. It includes a mini tempura rice bowl with seasonal fresh vegetable tempura and shrimp tempura, paired with our proud handmade soba. *Please choose your soba from 'seiro, inaka, or kake.'
The ultimate combination of fresh sake delivered directly from the brewery and the local dish 'Yamauni-zuke' passed down in the Kobayashi family. The sake from Kobayashi Brewery and the Yamauni-zuke made from Kobayashi Brewery's sake lees are sure to complement each other perfectly. We will provide three recommended types of sake. (45ml×3 + Yamauni-zuke)

The local dish 'Mountain Uni' passed down in the Kobayashi family is truly worthy of being called 'Mountain Uni Sake Lees Pickle.' Its texture and color evoke a sense of sea urchin, but it does not contain any sea urchin. The ingredients are made from sake lees, various beans such as soybeans, and chili peppers, and it is aged for about 9 months.
