This sake, with an alcohol content of 8%, is a raw sake developed using rice, rice koji, and the brewing fermentation techniques of sake. It features a very sweet taste balanced with a refreshing acidity, making it easy to drink. This sake pairs well not only with Japanese cuisine but also with a wide range of dishes such as meat and cheese.

Sake degree +7. This is a ginjō sake from the long-established brewery 'Yoshinokawa' in Sedaya, Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture, under the high-grade brand 'Supreme Yoshinokawa'. It has a refreshing aroma and a smooth, transparent mouthfeel. A masterpiece crafted by brewers who are particular about rice and water, allowing no compromises.
