The local specialty 'Kakioko' refers to 'Okonomiyaki with oysters.' It is a superb dish filled with plenty of fresh oysters. This is a local gourmet dish from Okayama, originating from the Hinase area in Bizen City. Originally, this area was known for its active oyster farming, and by using simple seasoning without unnecessary condiments, you can enjoy the true flavor of the oysters. Normal 1,738 yen, extra oysters 1,958 yen.
Our specialty, Tada Gokyaki-yaki, goes great with beer. We use only fresh internal organs of Kuroge Wagyu beef (Kotetsu, Heart, Guiala, Yomenakase, Tsubo-zuke Geta Karubi, Aged Harami). Two of these types are boldly grilled with vegetables and miso sauce.
