Most Michelin-starred sushi restaurants across the country use 'Yama Ko' bluefin tuna, and even Uni Ji, a sushi lover, is so fond of 'Yama Ko' bluefin tuna that we were introduced to a sushi restaurant by an acquaintance and were able to use it. We have finally added eel to the menu, which has received a lot of feedback from foreign tourists. Our Unaju features domestically sourced eel, with our proud sauce and carefully selected ingredients including sansho pepper.
