Basic omakase course with seasonal recommendations
This is an all-you-can-drink omakase course that includes a variety of tasty and hearty dishes.
We use only carefully selected black-haired wagyu small intestines, and the fat is delicious as well. Our motsunabe includes garlic and chili pepper in addition to the traditional Japanese flavors. You can request extra ingredients according to your preference, so please feel free to ask the staff.
We added our special spicy miso made with gochujang to a miso-flavored soup, along with chili peppers. The richness of the offal enhances the flavor, making the soup not only spicy but also deeply flavorful. It can also be enjoyed as a spicy noodle dish with 'ramen to finish', making it a must-try for spice lovers!!
A classic flavor representative of motsunabe. We use carefully selected soy sauce that enhances the umami of the offal, allowing you to fully enjoy the highest quality motsunabe made with black-haired wagyu small intestine.
By blending four carefully selected types of miso, we have achieved a rich and deep flavor. The garlic flavor is stronger than in other varieties, but we have meticulously crafted the seasoning to ensure it does not become overwhelming until the very end.
Those who drink all the soup will be charged an additional soup fee of 200 yen.
