This is the most basic menu item at a soba restaurant. All of our soba is made using buckwheat noodles sourced directly from our main store, bound with funori. A large serving of soba costs an additional 150 yen. (The same applies to other menu items!)

This is a special miso grilled with ingredients such as roasted buckwheat kernels, bonito flakes, green onions, and walnuts.
