A hideaway izakaya renovated from a bar. The specialty, mackerel stick sushi, was so delicious that I wanted to report it to someone. I visited "Wasshoi" recommended by someone who said, "The mackerel sushi is so delicious, you will be surprised. The thick mackerel sushi I encountered there easily surpassed the hurdles I had set for myself. We would like to share with you the charm of this hideaway restaurant where you can enjoy local sake imported from all over Japan and dishes that go well with it. Unfiltered Junmai Nama-no-Genshu As the name suggests, this sake is not filtered, so it is a light cloudy sake. The slight residual unrefined (fermenting liquid) expresses a slight sweetness. It was a very smooth and easy-to-drink sake. There is also a wide selection of other local sake from all over Japan. The shop is always stocked with more than 10 different types of sake, according to the season, so customers can enjoy a different sake each time they visit. Sake lovers can't get enough of it. Budget 3,440 yen (per person) This is our second visit to the restaurant, so I can't give you a price reference, but looking at the menu, ¥5,000 is enough to satisfy your needs.
