Plum wine made in Aoyama, five ri from Nara and five ri from Kyoto. It is brewed using a special large and thick plum called Jōshū Shiro, contracted from local farmers. It is refreshing and can be enjoyed while eating.

Blending plum wine with plum pulp, it is finished as a dessert plum wine full of fruity flavor.

Yuzu sake made with 100% yuzu from Minabe, Wakayama. It won the grand prize in the fruit liquor category at the Tenmangū Tenjin Umeshu Competition, making it the best yuzu sake in Japan. Compared to other yuzu sakes, it has a significantly higher extract content, and the refreshing aroma of yuzu spreads throughout the mouth.

Original sake that can only be drunk here!! Using Nara Prefecture's unique 'Ornithine Yeast', Meiji 10th year Yagi Sake Brewery × Toyono Akari

A carefully crafted aged sake made with kimoto method, slowly matured for a year and a half at low temperatures, offering a sharp and clean finish.

Sparkling Sake

Crossing the 'Kuragari Pass' that connects Osaka and Nara, this is a dry sake from the Kikuji Brewery in the small village of Koze, with a rich and satisfying flavor from the second year of the Hoei era.

Using Akitsuho, a type of rice grown in Nara, Gose, Nara Prefecture, this is made from 100% contracted cultivated rice. It has a sweet aroma and a fresh taste.

Designed with an alcohol content of 12%, it expresses an even greater fruitiness and a dense flavor.

Uses the sake rice 'Robahana' produced only in Nara Prefecture. The balance of unique acidity, astringency, and rich sweetness and umami is exquisite. Alcohol content 17%.
