This is a sake lees shochu distilled from the sake lees left after pressing Dassai, a sake made in Yamaguchi Prefecture. It has a fruity aroma characteristic of Junmai Daiginjo sake, and the flavor is very smooth. It is especially recommended to be mixed with soda.
