The hot, thin, sticky pizza dough is the best. The quattrofirmaggi is the best here. I always order it when I come here. You can't miss the Margherita. Bismarck is also delicious. The dough is so thin that four people can have four pieces. The garlic marinated broccoli is also delicious and we order it every time. The shrimp and squid fritters are also delicious... If I went alone, I would eat them without being able to stop. The service is also great. They change the plates every time and the plates are warm. I guess they are so popular that even if you make a reservation for just a table, you have to be there for 2 hours. If you take your time, it will go by very fast. (Sparkling wine is not included in the per person price.)

I had always wanted to visit Borsa! I was really looking forward to it since it was a 100 name restaurant on the food log. Both the outside and the interior had a great atmosphere and made me feel at home. What we ordered was, Garlic marinated broccoli French fries Margherita Shirasu pizza Gâteau chocolat. I was very impressed from the first broccoli. The warm broccoli, garlic, and herbs were a perfect match. The french fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the herbs were delicious. Both of the two pizzas were truly delicious. The thin crust made it easy for two people to eat. The shirasu (baby sardine) pizza was perfect with the arugula. The gâteau chocolat for dessert was also large, rich, and very satisfying! The speed of serving was excellent, and I was surprised that the shirasu pizza came out just as I finished my margherita. We were able to enjoy our meal comfortably because of the frequent bashing and the serving plates that were provided in advance for us to share. For 2500 yen for such a satisfying meal, I have no choice but to repeat the experience! I have already made plans to go back next month. I have already made plans to go back next month. Ikebukuro! The No.1 Italian restaurant right now! It's inconveniently located far from the station, and it's a small restaurant, but the pizza is soooo good! The gorgonzola is so good! Many places charge extra for honey, but this one comes out with a lot of honey! This is amazing! It's amazing! The tripe is also very good! Oh my God, what the heck is that? Damn, I will definitely repeat this restaurant. I can't believe a restaurant of this caliber is located on the edge of the city... This is the kind of restaurant that makes you fall in love with Ikebukuro all at once. You should definitely go there!

The water buffalo mozzarella Margherita and the shirasu pizza were very delicious. Other dishes like the potato, celery, and octopus salad were also tasty. Above all, all the staff were very pleasant, and I was very satisfied. I am not sure about the price since it was treated, but it was a place I would like to visit again.

I was surprised that the pizza dough was completely different from other places. The outside was crispy while the inside was chewy, and every pizza was delicious. Even though it was tasty, it didn't feel heavy at all, so I felt like I could eat as many as I wanted. The Quattro Formaggi, in particular, was sweet and salty and absolutely the best. I will come again.

Two men and two women used for dinner. Order Caprese Marinated rape blossoms and scallops pizza (bismarck) beer Soda water Draft beer is Heartland. It is well chilled and delicious. The appetizers are also made with great care, and seem to incorporate seasonal rape blossoms and other seasonal delights. Pizza is baked to order in the restaurant's stone oven. The dough is chewy and the aroma of the wheat is very delicious. It gets quite crowded during dinner time, but the staff is very friendly and helpful, so I didn't feel stressed at all. It is better to make a reservation because it is probably difficult to just pop in. The restaurant is located in a crowded area at the west exit of Ikebukuro station, so I can't say that the location is great, but I would recommend this restaurant if you want to have a delicious pizza in Ikebukuro.

The pizzas are excellent, not only because reservations are hard to come by, but also because Ikebukuro is the only pizza restaurant in Tokyo with a hundred famous pizzas. It is light, so you can eat one more slice than usual. The prices are also very reasonable and friendly. The appetizers and pastas other than pizzas are also really great and highly recommended.
