Ramen Gachirin

A dish that allows you to feel the umami of seafood by using carefully pre-processed dried sardines and dried jaw sardines as the main ingredients without using chemical seasonings, and adding bonito flakes (tuna) to finish.

This ramen features the familiar combination of pork bones, chicken bones, seaweed, vegetables, and a unique addition of pork tail to create a rich broth. The broth is finished with thickly shaved bonito flakes for a flavorful clear soup. Of course, it is free from artificial seasonings.

We simmer a blend of pork and chicken collagen-rich broth with a touch of added fat for an extended period, resulting in a rich yet refreshing white broth. This dish is also free from artificial seasonings. For those who crave more richness, we recommend adding our special seasoned fat topping.
