A hot pot rich in umami, made with spices sautéed in ghee (butter oil from water buffalo rich in nutrients), Himalayan rock salt, and a soup made by slowly simmering chicken. It contains more than 8 types of vegetables and bone-in chicken! It is also recommended to add Nepalese dumplings called 'Momo' according to your preference! Please enjoy it while shredding the bone-in chicken along with the nutrient-rich soup! 1,500 yen per person (reservation required by the day before for 2 or more people)
