Harami may look like meat, but it is a part of the hormone section. The diaphragm is the muscle that separates the chest and abdomen, and the higher the quality, the more marbled it becomes. It is one of the most popular parts among beef hormones and at our restaurant. The flavor is somewhat similar to kalbi, but it has lower calories and is recognized as a healthy meat.
