Enjoy duck meatballs, sliced duck meat, and plenty of vegetables such as green onions. It comes with a rice porridge to finish. Be sure to try the freshly made, piping hot duck meat, known as beauty meat!
We mixed spicy cod roe with chopped green onions in sesame oil. Please enjoy it wrapped in seaweed! It also goes well with rice!
A rich stew made by slowly simmering Wagyu offal, with gochujang used as a secret ingredient. Perfect to enjoy with beer or sour drinks!
Thick-cut katsu made from Nagasaki Unzen pork sausage. Tender and juicy. Highly recommended!
