Using natural tiger pufferfish weighing around 2 kilograms from Bungo Suido (Oita, Ehime), our homemade ponzu is made by hand-squeezing one orange at a time.

Appetizer, three types of fugu (jelly, vinegar miso, grilled shirako), fugu sashimi, natural fugu grilled shirako, fried fugu, fugu hot pot, rice porridge, and fruit. All servings will be handled by our experienced staff.
