Horse meat is good for liver and kidney function, and it also has a cooling effect on the body's heat. In some regions, there are folk remedies that involve applying horse meat to affected areas to cool them down. Additionally, it contains a lot of vitamins, being 20 times richer in vitamins than beef and 3 times richer than pork, including high levels of vitamin B12, vitamin A, and vitamin E. It is also rich in iron and calcium, which is why it is referred to as the 'king of meats.' Furthermore, it is less likely to cause weight gain, and due to its low allergen, low calorie, high protein, low fat, and high mineral content, it is suitable for women, the elderly, and those who feel fatigued. It is also gaining attention as an effective ingredient for beauty and health.
