有机蔬菜为主角的菜肴很多，食材的鲜美得以充分传达。鲜美的鸡蛋卷、蔬菜炖菜、盐麴烤鸡等，每一道都让人停不下来。用泡酱油吃的三文鱼和鳄梨刺身厚实而有趣。可以享用葡萄酒和香槟，鸭肉烤制得非常出色，酱汁也令人印象深刻，需要提前预订。店内座位间距宽敞，可以安静地度过时光。上菜速度较快，米饭也很好吃，令人满意。
