饺子の胜 丰中本店

We pursued the 'thickness' and 'salt concentration' that allow you to fully appreciate the texture of the skin and the umami flavor. Additionally, by rapidly freezing at the moment when the umami from the filling seeps into the skin after wrapping, we ensured that you can enjoy the umami from both the skin and the filling.

The filling of the gyoza is aged until the umami reaches its peak, and then it is quickly frozen to trap the concentrated flavor. The taste of the ingredients can change depending on various factors such as the season. In particular, the moisture and sweetness of the cabbage can vary from day to day, so we adjust the amount of seasoning accordingly. We do not overlook even the slightest changes in the ingredients.

It is not that domestic products are the best, but we believe that domestic ingredients have the best compatibility with other domestic ingredients. Additionally, even within Japan, the taste and characteristics vary depending on the region and season, so we manufacture using combinations that are well-suited for each specific time period.

The bean paste is rested for 7 to 8 hours after being kneaded. It is also rested for another 7 to 8 hours after being wrapped and shaped. This allows the skin and the filling to blend well and become moist, resulting in a delicious product.

With 15 years of training as a gyoza grill master, our representative is dedicated to carefully grilling the gyoza using back fat, green onion oil, and sesame oil. The skin is made to be soft, while the grill marks are crispy. We would be delighted if you could visit our store and enjoy this texture.
