老板西山先生独自一人负责从料理到服务的意大利餐厅。老板是意大利葡萄酒的爱好者，尤其是蒙塔尔奇诺的酒，具有很高的鉴赏能力！他会根据招牌的千层面、时令的秋刀鱼和鲑鱼的油封，提供让人耳目一新的葡萄酒。

At our store, we offer the sparkling wine by the Spanish brand Raventos in a glass. We also have several types of bottled sparkling wines, as well as champagnes.

Glass Sparkling Raventos Blanc de Blancs

This sparkling wine, chosen for various reasons such as to quench a dry throat, to toast with friends, or to start a meal today, is made only from white grapes using the same method as Spanish champagne, with a refreshing and easy-to-drink taste and a light finish.
