Polished to 60%, Sake degree (+4) with a refreshing taste. The umami of the rice is very noticeable. The balance of acidity and umami creates a superbly dry and crisp sake quality.
Polished to 55% rice, Sake degree (0). Using the unique 'Himuro' from Hokkaido, it is low-temperature aged. The result is a finish that captures the floral ginjo aroma and matured richness with a soft mouthfeel.
Polished to 65% with a sake meter value of (-12), it features a refreshing mouthfeel and high aroma. It is a representative brand of dry sake, named for its origin that even a man as strong as a demon can become intoxicated.

The complete private room with sofa seating for 2 to 4 people features a bright base space combined with chic color usage, creating a modern atmosphere. It can be used for a wide range of occasions, from everyday use to important anniversaries.

Shiraoi began production of 'Shiraoi Beef' in 1954, taking note of the active production of black-haired wagyu cattle in the mountainous areas of Shimane Prefecture, which have similar soil and weather conditions. Today, it is recognized as one of Hokkaido's representative brand beef.
