Cafe Umebatake

A Belarusian national dish and widely eaten in Eastern Europe, potato meal pancake. Grated potato batter is sandwiched between garlic-infused meat seeds, browned in butter, and served with sour cream and dill. A dish that will give you a texture and taste of potatoes you have never had before.
