We focus on the balance of the refreshing acidity of the orange and the chocolate, carefully adjusting the amount of coating for the finish. This season's oranges have a good aroma, and the combination with the rich chocolate is a popular item that is appreciated as a gift or for home use.

A classic popular product luxuriously made with two types of chocolate: one with 55% cocoa featuring fruity flavors, and another with 66% cocoa that has a roasted nut-like aroma. Baked slowly at low temperatures, it achieves a well-balanced richness of cocoa aroma, bitterness, acidity, and sweetness, resulting in a rich yet refreshing taste. (Please slice thinly into 1-2 cm and enjoy.)

A combination of Hokkaido cream cheese and elegantly sweet white chocolate. Without using any flour, it has a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture, with the delightful aroma of Madagascar vanilla enveloping the moderate acidity of the cheese, resulting in a rich yet refreshing aftertaste.
