A perfectly cooked 'okonomiyaki' with just the right amount of char. The image shows the signature dish of the 'okonomi-soba' restaurant. Particularly popular is the 'okonomi-udon' made with chewy 'Kure-sai udon'. The Swiss classic dish 'raclette', where the cheese is melted and scraped off while being heated directly over a flame to bring out the flavor of the vegetables, uses cheese from Kyodo Gakusha. The 'raclette okonomiyaki' that captures the hearts and stomachs of female customers with a hint of sourness in the sauce and the rich flavor of cheese is an original and ambitious masterpiece created by the owner to stimulate the appetite.
