Our pride, the 'Golden Hoto', is luxuriously combined with the specialty of Yamanashi, 'stewed abalone shellfish'. The soup made with abalone liver paste pairs perfectly with the stewed shellfish. This hoto is filled with the luxury of Yamanashi that can only be tasted at Aranari.

This is a tender and flavorful red meat basashi, a specialty of Koshū.
