鳕鱼和鳗鱼都是由生变熟的。首先用网将鳕鱼从鱼缸中捞出来。我曾在其他餐馆吃过几次海参，但这是我第一次在这里品尝生鱼片和炸海参。味道非常好，没有异味或异物。餐后的米粥也很不错，由于基本上是两个人的份量，所以我建议约会时来这家餐厅。开始吃鳗鱼时，店主会把鳗鱼从鱼缸里拿出来。两道鳗鱼的菜品很多，相当令人满意，而且味道鲜美，摆盘讲究。餐厅只有六个柜台座位和两个可容纳四人的座位区，因此建议提前预订。餐厅老板非常友好，我们在这里吃得很愉快。与餐厅所在位置相比，这里的价格还算合理。
