① Use a special broth for shabu-shabu. Do not let the broth boil, and dip the white meat (fatty part) 2 to 3 times until it becomes translucent. ② The best time to eat is when the white meat (fat) is a 'sakura color' and semi-transparent, while the red meat is a rare state of sakura color, which is a good indicator of deliciousness. ③ Enhance the flavor with condiments directly shipped from Okinawa! By eating with condiments like sea grapes and salt from Yagaji Island, you can enjoy the original taste of the meat.

Additionally, it is said to be rich in amino acids such as glutamic acid, as well as vitamins B and collagen, which are good for health and beauty.
