A local whiskey produced by Gyokusendo Shuzou, a sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture. The taste of 'local whiskey,' which became a trend in the 1970s, has been revived! Using Scotch whiskey from the UK and pure underground water from the Yoro Mountains as brewing water, the whiskey produced by Gyokusendo Shuzou is blended and then stored again in oak barrels, maturing for 10 years before being extracted from the barrels. This allows the Glen whiskey to be further aged for an additional 6 years in a blending enamel tank. Additionally, after adjusting the alcohol content with underground water from the Yoro Mountains, it undergoes a cooling filtration process before being bottled. Please enjoy this smooth and flavorful whiskey from my father-in-law!

The method of producing Tennessee whiskey at the Jack Daniel Distillery in America has not changed for over 100 years. It is a rich, smooth, and well-balanced whiskey that is filtered drop by drop using the time-consuming charcoal mellowing process. The Tennessee method, established since the founding, involves charcoal mellowing drop by drop with maple charcoal packed in wooden barrels. It is characterized by pleasant aromas of vanilla and caramel, along with a smooth and balanced flavor.
