Thank you for visiting the reservation page. We offer a new type of cocktail called "Liquid Cuisine" more information about liquid cuisine Please check information and fill in the booking form. [ About reservation ] ■ Our contents is only ”Omakase tasting menu.” (regular or vegan or non-alcohol) ■ You can enjoy cocktails ＆ dishes tasting menu + tea ceremony ■ The time it takes to enjoy tasting menu is approximately two hours - two and a half hours ■ Reservations are accepted for 1 to 4 people. ■ Everyone will start at the same time, so please don't be late. [ About seats ] ■ We have only 1 table and 4 seats, so you will share the table. [ Allergy ] ■ We use many animal ingredients including meat and fish in regular menu. ■ We incorporate a lot of fermented foods into our menu. We do not recommend making a reservation if you do not like fermented foods. ■ All our cocktails are low alcohol contents. ■ And also we have non-alcohol cocktails course. But if you and your companion can't drink alcohol at all like alcohol allergy, we're afraid we're not able to help. [ Store holiday ] ■ We accept your reservation up to 2 months in advance. [ Cancellation policy and others ] ■ Please be sure to select the course for the number of people in your party (if the number of people reserved does not match the number of courses selected, we will consider the number of reservations as the number of courses). ■ If you can't make a reservation on TableCheck due to a credit card error , Please send me a message on Instagram. ( We don't have any more seats available other than TableCheck schedules ) ■ Cancellation fees will be charged as stipulated for any reason. Cancellation on the day / 100% Cancellation one day before / 50% 　If you are 30 minutes late for your booking, it will be automatically cancelled. Any changes to the appointment time or date on the day of the reservation will be treated as a cancellation. ■ Please don't wear perfume to our place. If you are wearing perfume, we will ask you to use deodorant to remove the smell. ■ We are unable to accommodate requests for special celebrations such as birthdays or wedding anniversaries. ■ I am the only one in the business. I am often unavailable to answer the phone during business hours, so please contact me by DM on Instagram or e-mail. ■Please note that the restaurant may get hot during the 3:00 PM seating in the summer.
