We have prepared dishes that go well with sake, such as Umi Kamakura's popular "Seasonal Vegetable Miso Dip," "Five kinds of seasonal vegetables in a small bowl," "Dashimaki Tamago (rolled egg with broth)," "Fluffy Flounder Kabayaki" and "Home-made Tsukune Ten (fried pork ball) with Sangenbuta Sagami". This course is recommended for banquets and includes all-you-can-drink Umi Kamakura's special drinks such as "Amataka" organic pure rice sake.

This is a tasting set of three types of Ten Eagle organic Japanese sake: Junmai, Ginjo, and Daiginjo.
An organic pure rice sparkling sake characterized by a pleasant lightly sparkling taste due to natural carbonation from secondary fermentation in the bottle.
While retaining the richness and aroma of honey, the sweetness and alcohol are subdued, resulting in a clean aftertaste. It can be enjoyed straight, on the rocks, or with soda (additional ¥50).

This is a sweet potato shochu made using carefully cultivated organic sweet potatoes 'Kogane Sengan' and organic rice 'Hinohikari'.
