從開始到結束都充滿了期待。當天的食材，透過對話變成一道菜的感覺非常有趣。在只有吧台的店內，可以一邊欣賞眼前的烹飪，一邊悠閒地品嚐。與葡萄酒的搭配也非常出色，料理的美味更加突顯。兩道義大利麵上桌，能夠享受各自的個性讓我感到高興。知道店名的意思是「脈動・心跳」，我覺得這也非常符合料理的活力感。
