The shop owner personally prepares the milky broth by simmering the bones of 40 chickens with just water for over 8 hours. You can enjoy bone-in chicken thighs and healthy vegetables with our homemade ponzu sauce. Additionally, the ume zosui, which has been featured on TV, offers a refreshing finish and is perfect for concluding the hot pot. This healthy hot pot, rich in collagen, is truly a must-try dish.
