Our most popular dish!! Soy sauce udon (cold noodles) with a topping of egg yolk. If you're unsure, we recommend this simple udon dish. Just pour soy sauce over it!? Some may think it's too simple, but it's delicious! Adding a topping of egg yolk makes it even more delicious. Try adding other toppings and experimenting with different variations.
