We are now able to vacuum pack and sell freshly made noodles. We make the dough with delicious domestic wheat flour and salt, let it mature over time, and then vacuum pack the noodles that have been made. Homemade vacuum-packed fresh noodles (without soy sauce) 1 pack for 650 yen, homemade vacuum-packed fresh noodles (with soy sauce) 1 pack for 700 yen. Initially, we will sell in sets of 6 packs for shipping. The expiration date is 7 days from the scheduled arrival date or desired date. Each pack contains approximately 200g in 2 colors. The content weight is approximately 200g. Our noodles are made with 100% domestically produced wheat, including natural bittern sea salt and delicious water from the old Karuizawa watermill road. Please use a large pot of 3 liters or more for one pack. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 8-10 minutes without adding cold water, making sure they dance in the pot, then drain and rinse with cold water. Since our noodles do not contain preservatives, please consume them promptly.
