Katsudon

Katsudon Regular (with Pork Soup)

This dish features 200g of thick-cut pork cutlet, allowing you to enjoy the crispy texture straight from the fryer. It is served with a soft and creamy egg on top, without being wrapped in the egg, creating a perfect combination of the crunchy coating and the rich flavor of the egg. The outside is fragrant while the inside is juicy and filled with meat juices, and in addition to the classic sauce, you can enjoy variations in flavor with yuzu pepper, ponzu, and mustard, making it a satisfying dish until the very end.
