Warabi Mochi

This is a representative fresh warabi mochi from Kanazawa, which has also been certified as an excellent tourist souvenir of Ishikawa Prefecture. It is a carefully crafted product made by hand in a large pot every day. It achieves a unique texture that allows you to experience both softness and stickiness at the same time. Please give it a try at least once.

Fresh Warabi Mochi (with Black Syrup)

The most classic fresh warabi mochi. Generously topped with high-quality soybean flour made from 100% Hokkaido-grown soybeans.

Brown Sugar Walnut Fresh Warabi Mochi

The roasted walnuts are crushed just before making them, resulting in a different level of aroma. The brown sugar used is authentic and does not contain any flavoring or coloring agents, giving it a rich taste.

Cream Cup Warabi Mochi

Warabi mochi and cream are a perfect match. The cream is mildly sweet, so it doesn't become overly sweet. Please try this slightly Western-style way of enjoying warabi mochi.

The chewy fresh warabi mochi pairs very well with the fragrant cinnamon, creating a new standard flavor that seems like it should exist but doesn't.

This is a warabi mochi drink recommended for those who are not fond of milk and for children. It has a mildly sweet carbonation, making it very refreshing. The warabi mochi inside is slightly visible, adding a touch of beauty.
