We have prepared a special course for a limited time only. It includes sashimi with natural sea bream sashimi, Hiba beef sirloin, Hiroshima's famous sea urchin horehound, conger eel rice, and other Hiroshima ingredients. It is ideal for guests traveling to Hiroshima or for entertaining people from outside the prefecture.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink premium all-you-can-drink course available only in January and February. You can enjoy a total of 9 dishes, including 5 kinds of gorgeous sashimi made from seasonal ingredients, boiled Nodoguro tuna and char-grilled Hiroshima beef. In addition, you can enjoy such luxurious delicacies as abalone tempura and eel rice. This winter, enjoy the finest course at Manpuku. Reservations can be made for the meal only.
This is a 2-hour all-you-can-drink course that includes 10 kinds of local sake from Hiroshima. You can enjoy fresh fish from the Seto Inland Sea, Hiroshima Takamiya chicken, famous oysters, and other delicacies filled with the flavor of Hiroshima. This course is recommended for various occasions such as sightseeing, business entertainment, and various banquets. Please let us know if there is any food you are not fond of or if you would like to change the menu.

A hearty serving of grilled bonito, seared with straw, topped with plenty of aromatic vegetables, and finished with a light sprinkle of aged bonito flakes.
Honkarebushi is a type of bonito flakes that is made by shaving the surface of arabushi, followed by repeated mold treatment and drying to mature it. The mold treatment breaks down the fat content, reduces moisture, and results in a refined aroma and a clear-tasting dashi.
Located in the center of Hiroshima Prefecture, Mukuhara Town in Akitakata City. The red eggs are produced on a lush farm at an elevation of about 600m. They are raised on paprika, giving the yolks a vibrant orange color. The Honkatsu is freshly shaved for a fragrant aroma. We will cook it after receiving your order. Please enjoy it hot.
Shirasu produced in the Ondo area of Kure City. A flavorful taste that evokes the scent of the Seto Inland Sea. The roots of Kannon Negi, cultivated in Nishi Ward, trace back to Kyoto's Kujo Negi.
